If you have a monetary judgment of $2,000.00 or more and have been unable to collect, the first step is to call us to discuss the case. After assigning your judgment to Janus Associates we file the appropriate documents with the court and immediately begin to enforce the judgment first locating the debtor using skip tracing techniques then moving onto financial asset investigations, bank locates, place of employment locates and a number of other techniques and skills. We then utilize the court system to seize these assets. It does not cost you any money, we are paid when we collect from the debtor.

THE PROCESS:

Once our company approves the case we will send you two documents. The first is the Assignment of Judgment, this is signed and notarized by you and is filed with the court. This document gives us the authority to proceed with the enforcement and collection of the debt. The second document is the Agreement to Purchase Contract. This outlines our agreement in plain English as to the terms and profit ratios as agreed. Once this is complete we proceed.
